HOSPITAL POLICIES
Appointment Policy:
For your convenience, we offer appointment based visits as well as walk- ins. Clients with appointments shall receive priority but occasional appointment delay is inevitable due to an individual patient’s needs. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. We stop taking walk-in clients one hour before regular business hours.
If your pet is a little uneasy around new people, new surroundings or other pets and you would like to wait in your vehicle, please notify the front desk.
**Please keep in mind we are not an emergency hospital. If possible, it is best to call ahead before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on whether to head straight to the ER or come in.
Open Hospital:
At My Vet Pet Clinic, we welcome owners to be with their pets during routine procedures. However, we must set a limit of 1-2 people with a patient in order to prevent unnecessary distractions. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations and the staff will explain each charge and may provide you with options to choose. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time.
Prescriptions and Refills:
Federal law requires all pets to be examined prior to prescribing or dispensing most medications. An annual examination and/or blood tests or other procedures may be required to refill most prescriptions. These requirements are for your pet’s safety and your understanding in this matter is appreciated. If you have questions about refilling a prescription please do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment Policy:
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Zelle. We do not accept checks.
Patient Arrival Policy:
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the reception area, waiting room or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Please keep an eye on your pets at all times.
Privacy Policy
My Vet Pet Clinic recognizes the importance of protecting the personal privacy of both our clients and patients. No information will be disclosed to outside parties without the consent of the pet owner. We do not at anytime sell, rent or share information with third party vendors or Internet type businesses. All information provided by clients will be used in order to provide better service and is for hospital use only.

If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use the program.
My Vet Pet Clinic is not responsible for any charges related to this text messaging service. Message and data rates may apply, please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
